Sandown Celebrations for McCoy

All racing eyes are on Sandown this weekend as champion jockey AP McCoy takes his place in the saddle for the last time.  And in addition to a whole day dedicated to what McCoy does best on Saturday, there’s also a bumper day of flat racing on Friday to look forward to.

Can Dettori Continue Dominant Form?

Since the start of the flat racing season, the jockey who made the flying dismount famous has shown some dominant form. With eight wins already under his belt, including Christophermarlowe at Epsom this week and a double last weekend at Newbury, all eyes will be on Frankie Dettori.

Three-year-old Thahab is trained by Richard Hannon and has already picked up a victory this month in the hands of Cam Hardie at Chelmsford. Moving across to turf from the all-weather in the Bet365.com Handicap shouldn’t be a problem with his two maiden runs being at Doncaster.

Priced at 6.00, Thahabis great value

Balding Looks to Tulius

Trainer Andrew Balding ooks to continue his positive form heading into this weekend’s racing. After picking up a victory at Newbury last week, he looks to Tuliusin the bet365 Gordon Richard Stakes to hand him another win. Seven-year-old Tulius won his last outing at Doncaster by half a length in the hands of Jimmy Fortune. Winning at Sandown on the same weekend last year, Balding will be hoping that his current form can see off the challengers.

Ridden by Jimmy Fortune,Tulius is our best bet priced at 5.00
