Tottenham – Arsenal Match Preview
This weekend’s Premier League action starts with the North London Derby with both sides coming into the game on a decent enough run of form. Form, however, means little in a game of this importance, and with only two points separating the two squads, there is a great deal up for grabs for the side that wins. Tottenham will again look to Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen to inspire them to victory, while Arsenal have incredible strength in attack but have been found to be weak in defence when attacked with speed. The Gunners have looked resurgent of late and could well be strong enough to win a second successive time at White Hart Lane. Spurs have no injury concerns for the visit of their rival and have also recovered Nabil Bentaleb who is back from AFCON duty and if fatigue isn’t too much of an issue he will be straight back in the Spurs team. Manager Pochettino may stick with a similar team to he one that which won at West Brom last week. Wenger on the other hand will be without injured Alexis Sánchez who has been ruled out of the clash with Spurs with a hamstring injury so Theo Walcott should keep his place in the team. Danny Welbeck is unlikely to find a way back into this in-form Arsenal but Tomas Rosicky will also be pushing for a start.
