Juventus – Inter Match Preview

Inter, on the other hand, have just signed Lukas Podolski, on a 6-month loan deal, after failing to bring in Alessio Cerci, but the German striker will probably not be in the starting 11 for this match. All forwards are available, even Pablo Osvaldo, which means Roberto Mancini will have a great choice for this match, but the most likely solution will be with Kovavic playing behind the two strikers. Inter have failed to improve in the league in spite of the managerial change, but the Derby d’Italia could offer the manager the right added motivation as it has always been a match that lives on an intensity of its own, not always going with league position or form. The importance of the match and the old rivalry could help Inter give something more, but most of their players involved will be new to this Italian clash. Juventus are expected to show their technical superiority and get the full prize, but not necessarily by a large margin.
